Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
Very nice piece Chris. That looks almost like it was just unpacked yesterday to set up a display. It always amazes me how items like this can survive in pristine shape for 40 years.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
A couple of buttons/badges that I've picked up recently.
The "Ask Me for Your Glasses" is a Burger King employee button, from the ROTJ Glass promotion in 1983.

And an amazing gift from James, for my custom figure collection. Thanks brother, it looks fantastic.

Thanks Ian. There were a few more non-SW buttons in the bulk lots that I got from the Quebec seller. Including a 1978 Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Star Trek, & a few French Canadian Coca Cola buttons.
James is getting really good with the putty work.

Chris, well done. Is the Probot complete? The Falcon hatch with the tabs, is a great find.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
First congrats to everyone on their pickups, always like this section and fun to see what others are chasing and finding.
This is what happened when I went to a persons house to pick up a Battlestar Galactica Colonial Viper. He had these Star Wars items that he wanted to sell as well. Most of you probably know the rest of this kind of story!!

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
Thanks Clint, they are in nice shape, a crack on the 1 snowspeeder wing but minimal wear. Was checking out the Slave 1 and heard something rattling around, thought a piece may have be broken in side. Turned it over and shook the piece out and man what a great little bonus.!
