Congratulations on the Rebel Soldier Dirk. I've just recieved a package from Clint myself.

That's a great looking boxed Tie Interceptor Nicolas.
Today I received a package from Canada.

I can't thank Clint enough for helping me out with the Canadian 12A cardbacks. As a bonus when I missed out on some Kenner Canada catalogues, Clint VERY generously sent me the ones pictured above aswell as the Stormie Star Tots.

Thank you Marco. And as you say, it was very generous of Clint. I'm sure that anyone who has dealt with him will confirm that he is a great ambassador for our hobby.

Thanks
edit, sorry I got interupted with a work phone call.
It's easy to be generous with your fellow collectors, because they often return the favour when you least expect it.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Yes I totally agree about Clint and I think he is right. It is a really fantastic group here and anybody is looking to help each other. Really love it. That's what makes collecting that enjoyable
and hey these two cardbacks are really great. Congrats for these
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Hi Marco thank you. Actually there is nothing really special at the moment I'm looking for. But I'm generally interested in wiered colouring - even when it is "only" discolouration. Some are really interesting IMO. But thank you for asking, if there is something interesting please let me know.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 1
A new MIB addition to my Playmobil R2D2 knock off side focus.....
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
This version was made by TROL in Brazil. The R2 differs from the "normal" Geobra version (depicted on the box) in as many ways as you can imagine: different shape and colour of the dome, different colour of the body, silver moulded feet instead of vacuum metalized silver, different stickers, etc.
Needless to say I am very happy with this new variant.
BTW: If you like you can read more about these Playmobil R2 knock offs in Stef's article on TIG.

nice pick ups Nicolas
It's always a great feeling picking figures up locally and at collectors fairs etc...... rather than ebay.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 1
Thanks for your kind words on the Trol Playmobil set, guys.
I am very happy with the Geobra, Famosa, Lyra, and Trol sets. I don't know how many other licencees produced the R2 knock offs though.
A while ago a new box/licensee was discovered by a friend who secured it for me.
@Nicolas: Congrats on your mint looking ESB figures!

Could this green limbed Bossk been issued on the POCH ESB 37/41 Cards back in 1981?
