Re: YOUR LATEST PICK UP'S - VOLUME 4
we got another quilt cover that had been damaged, so Karen made me a couple of cushions and a pillowcase, really pleased with them, really nice of her to take the time to make them

Re: YOUR LATEST PICK UP'S - VOLUME 4
Yes the no coo variant Is very hard to find in good condition. (4 coo variants can be found, two are HK, two are no coo). The HK variant seems to be the easier to find and the paint is less fragile. My example in the TXI PBP figure library has been digitally touched up to show how a mint condition figure should look. But my actual figure has a lot of paint loss, especially on the left boot. which is a common trait in all no coo variants found. Stef, amazingly, found a very nice, near mint example of a no coo Disco boots, recently in a childhood collection from the UK.

Re: YOUR LATEST PICK UP'S - VOLUME 4
A few small pick ups for me recently:
Han Solo (White Moulded Legs variant)
[400][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/400]
I've spent a couple of months searching for this variant, and I could only find ones listed in the U.S. Not only was the cost of the figure expensive, but the shipping charges were ridiculous!
Then this week, I found two listed in the U.k and both were going cheap, as the sellers didn't realise what variant they were selling. So I have this beater, to help show the variant traits. Plus a more minty example, on its way

PBP/Euro Hammerhead (eyes looking straight)

Lili Ledy Logray (dark stripes, soft accessories)

I'm also experimenting with a new, darker grey background. As I always felt that my previous images look a bit washed out, with the lighter grey. I would have to spend ages cutting the background from the figure and making it darker. I did however desaturate the background on the Hammerhead pic, to remove some of the blue. Which I think I prefer

Chris, that's a great bunch of variants.
I managed to pick up this uncut sheet of Canadian O-Pee-Chee trading cards, before I went on vacation. ESB series 2.

Thanks David. It is in nice shape. It's one of the sheets that I pointed out to you.
I ended up getting it for $70 or $75 + shipping.
You were right. It's big. But about the same size as my mail away cereal posters.

Thanks Chris. I'm not sure what to do with it yet. It's one of those pieces that I bought to photograph for the forum.

Thanks Ian. If I did get it framed. It would have to be a double sided frame, so I can flip it around to see the back.

Great new figures, Chris.
Congrats on the upgrade of Han. That's a tough one to find in that condition.

Wow... there are some wild items in here since I last posted (only one page back). That Ledy DSC looks perfect Andy!
I recently got these scruffy cut-pop transition cardbacks, can't think of much else since the falcon upgrade.
