Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
Some of the guys over at Beyond the Toys, think it possibly is from that Dixie cup offer. Maybe the used backing sheet for the transfer?

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
It is the same artwork as the shirt but , part of what makes me doubt that its a Iron on is the plastic film it is printed on . It is very thin and I am almost certain it would melt if heat was applied from a iron . Its hard to tell from the pics but the design is printed on the back side of the plastic - looking at it from the back the image is reversed and appears slightly dull . Looking at it from the front it faces the right way and appears glossy .

Still might be something else? But at least we know what the image was used on.

It baffles me
What it reminds me of is a overhead projector transparency like teachers would use when I was in school . Believe it or not , for some weird reason I have a overhead projector stashed away in the garage - I'll dig it out and see if it works .

Use the projector, and paint an oversized copy of it, on your bedroom wall.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 3
Nice, that's a pretty great Han variant for £2! AND a free space pirate!
I've never seen any vintage star wars figures in a charity shop, plenty of POTF2 though.

update. Some of the seasoned veteran collectors are saying it's an overstock transfer from that t-shirt mail-in promotion. Pete Vilmer from the SWCA has one as well.
And an update on the Coca Cola theater promotion pitchers & cups. Again, Some of the seasoned veteran collectors think this is a USA only item.

Well done Rich.
Seeing that I already know what's so special about this card. I'll let everyone else guess.
