Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 1
just got round to photographing some loose i bought nothing spectacular but all have the quirks and i like them
Leia and Lando i bought during late summer via ebay.com
Lando has a unpainted chest someone touched on this exact figure on the factory error thread
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Leia is quite minty the reason i bought her is her hair has degraded to a mettalic green sheen v cool looking again
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Han solo i picked up in a job lot last month of bits. his paint is fantastic! and has stiff limbs too he does however have a broken thumb and cant hold a weapon!
not a problem simply put a blaster in his hand pull his arm back till the weapon is tight up against his hip/leg so it cant move and you would never know any different

Nice pickups Chris!
Love the blue background. Did you just use a bit sheet of project cardboard for that?

Nice work Oscar! Fucking love the MT boxes. Is this the correct box for the DV or are they pretty generic?

Clint , the little figure is an mpc monster from 1963 I have the 8 figure set in lots of colors , they are awesome and came in a variety of colors . they were given out as a premium in frito bags
Thanks for explaining, Bill!
I had to google MPC Monster, but oh boy these are awesome looking 60s toys!
Chris: Your Lando has a great paint error indeed. And the Leia with metallic hair is a cool transformant by all means. Congrats!
Andy: What a cracker Han Solo. Glad you got it despite the snipers.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 1
Today David the Death Star Commander arrived at Tatooine to finally get a well deserved break from all the hard work at the Death Star. Tonight his friend Snaggletooth celebrates his birthday at the Cantina Bar and all invitees are asked to wear discoboots.
And so David did.. Ready to party!

(This DSD belongs to an unique and rare mould family having elevated heels ("discoboots"). The figure was sourced in Spain, and has this typical PBP smell. The figure has a HK COO (COO 3A1 according to the TXI library) and probably is the ancestor figure for the no COO PBP DSC (COO 3A2).
A big thanks to Pablo for finding and offering me this figure. )

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 1
Just scooped some more loose figures. A few I already had in better shape but it was a package deal. Now I'm about 20 short of having all SW, ESB, ROTJ, & POTF, (POTF being most of that naturally lol)
There's a complete Logray on the right that's being cropped out for some reason.
