This was a art contest held by Harmony Hut in 1980 . According to the letter they only had 70 entries total at 7 different store locations . We currently have no idea what the top prize(s) were but it appears that anyone who entered at least received the letter , certificate and record shown here . Considering only 70 people entered , it is likely that less then 70 of these sets still exist .

This record was a prize for participating . It was mass produced of course so , while not rare itself , it is pretty neat that after all these years it stayed with the collection .
