Thanks Ian. I was happy with how they turned out as well.
I don't have a 3D printer yet, either. But there are a few sites that you can buy the pre printed piece. Like Trash Compactor Customs.
I like the old way of making them as well. I've got several more pieces in the works at the moment.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
the new custom cantina figures turned out great! I especially like the Tonnika sisters. But yes its one of the main problems with resin printed figures, is that they can be quite brittle. I bought a custom Grogu resin figure, in Mandalorian armour. And one of his fingers snapped off when I was getting it to hold a lightsaber.

Thanks Chris.
They do have an ABS type resin. So it's a bit more flexible like the original arms and legs.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
The first reveal of custom figures that will be going to the charity auction & raffle table at the May The North Be With You convention.
General Rieekan, General McQuarrie & Major Bren Derlin
I reworked a Han Hoth torso, arms and legs. Then make nice cast resin versions.
The heads for Rieekan & McQuarrie are 3D printed version that I bought from FunkyMaclunky and modified them with a neck post to fit my torsos. Then made casts of them in flesh colour.

Awesome new custom figures Clint! Great use of the Han Hoth figure. It must have taken you some time to re sculpt and cast copies in resin. They turned out brilliantly well! The likeness of the 3D printed head sculpts is amazing. good luck with the charity auction and raffle mate.

Thanks Chris.
The re sculpting didn't take too long. I always find sanding the putty takes the longest.
Mostly because I start with 400 grit sandpaper and work my way thru different grits until I finish with 3000 grit sandpaper.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
Leia in Jabba's prisoner outfit.
This is my latest custom piece and my first attempt at casting a copy of an "entire" 3D printed design. The parts are cast in flesh coloured resin, in order to cut down on painting.
Yah, Yah, it's more work. But it makes for a much nicer figure.
The original 3D print file is from Desert-Octopus. In my opinion, this is the best sculpt of her in this outfit that I've seen next to Ryan Shaw's version.

Thanks Chris. I think it turned out pretty well.
There are a few learning curves when casting 3D printed pieces, but I work on a few different techniques on the next figure.

I forgot to show off the cardbacks for the Rebel Commanders as well as the exclusive 3 pack box that I made for the charity table at the show.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
And this was the exclusive figure for the show this past August.
It was dedicated to the Canadian Actress that did the re-shoots in California.
Maria De Aragon was from Montreal.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
Because the theme of the show was ESB Hoth.
I made a couple of 12" 3PO droids as well as 10 - 3 3/4" droids from Echo Base. They all were on the charity table.
