Some new additions to my models/ costume items
I now have 2 really cool kits to build, the first is a 3D printed Star Wars E-11 blaster. The detail on this is awesome, the first photo is a stock photo the other is mine showing more of the details.
The second is a Star Wars electro binoculars these were done by a friend here in the city. they are made from resin with lots of detail.

Now there is something I was thinking of doing with the blaster. I would do both if I had a 3D printer or if it wasn't so expensive to have the parts made.
What I am thinking is take my E-11 blaster and convert it to an E-11s sniper rifle which I think we dont have any of them.
So here are what the two would look like when done
E-11s Sniper Rifle ( Note: this is a sterling Type 1 carbine which the E-11s is made from, I would need to add more to it.

Oooo that E-11 looks great. And you've got a couple projects on your hands. Last year I saw a 3D printed ROTJ Fett riffle at fan expo and I picked it up and it was as light as a feather and looked great. I just thought how much that must be a game changer for 501st guys.

Thanks Andy and Chris, for the 501st we have to insure its screen accurate. Most places use real UK Sterling SMG's to either do 3D printing or casts to make them. Even thou we can still get deactivated Sterlings here they are not the same as a UK one.
