Thanks Chris.
Andy, that's fantastic that you finally got one the blue buggers. He's in pretty good shape as well.

Sweet probable short pour Chief Chirpa Andy, he's mint.
Nice variant Chris and special Celebration Droid. They are the business. The balloons and Dark Dengar are also a couple of great additions! Plus that ebay find with the moulded legs Han! Bloody great job there dude, well done mate!

Clint mate that is such a cool card back, hybrid, transient, call it what you will, it's a dam fine piece of Star Wars collecting history and i'm chuffed you've got it!

For those of you who have listened to the podcast, here is the photo Steve from Toy Planet took when he convinced me to pose for a photo with the 3 carded Yak Faces he had for sale

Then here is me about 3 days later when i went back and bought one for me and Rich
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
So here is the one i kept, and i flipping love it. Never in a million years did i think that i'd ever own a carded Yak, especially when i had to sell so much of my beloved collection last year to enable me to buy m first house! I'm delighted

Jez, I did listen to the podcast, and I'm happy for both you and Richard for getting them. They are both in awesome shape. The story of how you came by them was fantastic.
I have a question? Is it true that all the Trilogo Yak's didn't come with weapons, or just some of them?

I wasn't sure if it was all of them. I wonder where all the loose collectors are getting all the Nikto staffs, to go along with all the loose Yak's.

Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 2
Blooming Tri Logos. When i started re-collecting loose figures and i bought an eBay A-Wing Pilot, i asked the guy why it didn't have a black endor blaster and his reply was 'it's a Tri Logo A-Wing Pilot'
Flipping end of the line, issues!
Edited because when I just revisited this thread I realised that my iphone had auto corrected Endor to endorsement! Who wants an Endorsement Blaster?

Great to see that pic! Very interesting, I was under the impression that no tri-logo Yaks had the staff, I thought it was only POTF that did.

Lol imagine if we learn that Skye was right due to closer inspections as a result of his claim
Re: Your Latest Pickups........ Volume 2
Picked up this beater Kea at TFCon just down the road from me today.
Too bad the head plastic is that dark hair colour, kinda makes the paint rubs on her face a bit of a horror show lol
At least the gun is fairly common. (Same as squidhead.... unless there is some subtle difference I don't know about... which I'll check TIG for right now..)
