Dave Tree from All the Cool Stuff / Farthest From has been hosting a live stream all day celebrating the 40th Anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back. If you missed it, I highly recommend checking out some of the interviews once they're all posted on youtube afterward. There's been some very interesting exclusive interviews so far, I particularly enjoyed the one with Paul Hirsch, co-editor on Star Wars and ESB.
