That's a great gift from your friend. Luke Dagobah is one that Kenner should have done back in the day.
The snow speeder looks fantastic.

Re: my modern collection so far
cheers mate i found a place for the speeder, had to rearrange the display a bit but its now on a detolf, i agree on the luke dagobah, they missed a trick there, these six inch scale figures are so well done, as is the speeder, imagine if we had had these figures when we were kids, i bet we would have played them to bits lol

Re: my modern collection so far
It is nice, they are made by code 3 collectables, both this and the larger ones I've shown in the past, just found out they also do this poster with the revenge of the Jedi tagline to, very cool

Yeah I really like those 3D posters too. A great idea by the company that produces them.

Yeah they are cool, not sure if the company is still going, but they do pop up on ebay from time to time, I've been lucky so far, not paid over the odds for them

Re: my modern collection so far
so i have this titanium set boxed, needed them loose to, so picked this set up from a guy on Facebook, got a good deal with them, they are mostly diecast metal with plastic parts to, they only did two sets the OT star wars set and the force awakens set, nice little figures, the bases have reversible backplates to so you can do a couple of different looks, and you get different sabres and blasters with blast effects

Re: my modern collection so far
So my online retailer was having a sale And i snagged this heavy infantry mando figure for a good price, based on the artwork for the end of the episodes when each character is depicted in colourful images, the figure is painted in the same colours, they did a bunch of them, but this one stood out for me
