@grinch, those are nice looking figures. Some very detailed work in those Black Series runs, thanks for sharing!

Nice one Ian. I remember the Generation Skywalker podcast talking about it on an episode.

You would definitely like them. They cover both vintage & modern in a lot of different areas of collecting.

Decided to add a new tree to the room, has great lights on it, it'll be on year round, have to get some star wars tree decorations for it

Ian, that's an interesting idea.
If you use tiny white lights on the tree. They would look like stars.

Re: my modern collection so far
So i haven't been buying anything for a while, watching the pennies, but i wanted to get these next couple of items, first up Cara Dune from the Mandalorian, after the recent controversy and her firing from the show, merchandise of the character is skyrocketing, i was lucky to get this figure at retail price, the carbonised version, just fancy packaging and metallic paint used on the figure
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Next up a double pack of 4 Lom and Zuckass, this pack has the names reversed like on the old kenner cardbacks, and the figures inside are painted like the old vintage figures to, really takes me back
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Only bad thing about the pack is theres no way of seeing the figures inside without opening the sealed box, they could have done a clamshell box with a window, but thats only a small gripe

Re: my modern collection so far
So I've been selling of some of my doubles and spares i have no room for displaying properly, so i had some funds to spend on new black series
first up the last of the titanium line this completes the set of four REY, FINN,CAPTAIN PHASMA , and now KYLO REN, i've had my eye on this figure on ebay for a while, but i wasn't willing to pay over the odds for it, luckily it came up on the facebook groups for £11.00 posted, which is a good price, they are nice figures pre posed 3.75 scale mostly diecast metal, comes with a display base
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Next up black series Gammy Guard, 6 inch scale, the 3.75 version is my favourite figure of the new vintage collection wave, and this six inch scale version looks like it will also be a favourite
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Lastly a non OT Figure General Grievous 6 inch scale, just an impressive chunk of plastic
