Grinchys vintage collection, small but growing
Hey, i have been collecting around 7 years or so, first a loose collection along with some MOC, i don't have any focus, i just collect what i fancy, i have a few last seventeen to pick up to complete my loose set, and i'm sure i'll get them all eventually.
I recently changed our small bedroom into my star wars den, i collect both modern and vintage, but i'll keep the modern stuff out the pics if i can

great collection, a nice mixture of minty looking loose figures, MOCs, vehicles and boxed items, well done
congrats on the latest pickups, those boxes look in fantastic condition.
is the Rancor a Palitoy figure? He may have a U.K coo stamp under his armpit.

Very nice collection Ian. I have to admit that I'm quiet envious of those of you that have the space to display your collections. Unfortunately mine is contained in storage boxes.

Great additions Ian. I've got two versions of the modern Imperial Shuttle (MISB) so it's nice to see what it actually looks like. Maybe I should open one & get some enjoyment from it.

Ian, do you know whether the Saga (blue box) & Legacy (with Vader & ERG) edditions are the same? I'd rather open the Legacy version.

Hey Steve, not sure on that mate, I would assume they were the same apart from the lack of figures, but i'd hate to be giving wrong info out

Cheers Ian, I doubt I'd loose much value by opening one (as I bought them new), besides it would be interesting to compare it to my vintage example.

Re: Grinchys vintage collection, small but growing
My understanding is that all the shuttles are based on the vintage sculpt, with a few small variations in decos. Not sure if the modern ones have sound either.

Yeah they don't have sound, still have the flip down rear section, but no battery compartment

Ahhh, so it is like the POTF2 A-Wing in that regard.
I had a boxed Saga one, but sold it a year ago. Never had an open one, so I regret that.
