Love them all man!
But looking at your "dead" series of Hans makes me happy he survived the plane crash!
I wonder if the Dawn of the Dead one might have resembled him after the crash.

Great bloody customs mate! I have zero skill when it comes to these things.
Love that Zombie Chewie, actually shared it on my blog a while back.

Re: Horrible Customs by ourchickenshack
Thank you so much guys , I am glad you like my awful customs
Here are some non Star Wars Zombies I have done ...
Click on any of the photos below for full size image :
These were some little 2" green plastic figures that I bought after last Halloween and decided to paint them :
[700][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/700]
nothin' spectacular but they were fun
These were a set of Zombie Ornaments that my wife got me for Christmas from Thinkgeek :
[400][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/400]
There about 3 1/2" tall - Julie actually requested that I redo them because they were pretty cheesy
[600][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/600]
For the most part they are just repainted but I did use a dremel to add more depth and detail to the wound areas on the Elf , Deer and Santa . I did a lot more to the Snowman though - completely redid the face and collar and sculpted the chest cavity/intestines with milliput

Jason was made with parts from 3 different Star Wars figures :
The Legs are from ...
the Arms and Torso are from ...
Head is from ...
good luck figuring out which ones
Lot's of carving , dremel work and milliput and I even made the Machete
The figure's design is based on the same movie as my costume ...

Re: Horrible Customs by ourchickenshack
Thanks guys
I bought the zombies at Spirit Halloween last year - I looked on ebay but couldn't find any for you ...
I found this pic of them the way they came before I painted them :
[500][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/500]
Spirit Halloween puts out a lot of the same shit year after year so theres a good chance you could pick them up next Halloween if you have a Spirit Halloween anywhere in your neck of the woods . If not , just remind me around Halloween and I will get you some at ours . They're just like little plastic army men and quite cheap - particularly cheap if you buy them after Halloween

And thanks for the offer if I can't find them!
Very cool alternative to army men!

Re: Horrible Customs by ourchickenshack
Thanks Guys
I did so much carving and milliput work it is pretty tough to identify the parts but they are all vintage Star Wars
The torso and arms are Bespin Luke , the legs are Prune Face and the head is a original Lando

Re: Horrible Customs by ourchickenshack
I haven't had time to do any customs lately but hopefully , now that its getting cold , I will be inside more (and bored) and do a few this winter . I know I have a couple planed for Bryan
I thought I would post this puppet I did for a friend of mine this year for Halloween :
[600][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/600]
[500][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/500]
Here's what he looked like before ...
[500][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/500]
My buddy brought me a old Charlie McCarthy puppet and asked if I could make him a puppet like the one in the movie "Dead Silence" .
Not much work other the repainting it but the eye inserts I added seemed to creep him up quite a bit
This next one was one of very few that I had time to do this year . I bought the prop last year but didn't have time to do anything with him other the stick him in the display ...
(Last years pic)
[400][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/400]
I wasn't happy with the eyes or the teeth at all so I added new eye inserts and used a little milliputty to build up around them and to make them blend a little better . I reshaped the buck teeth , removed a couple and then added the top fangs with milliputty . The wounds were originally painted with shitty red and only a couple were even painted - I did my usual multi red color treatment to them and painted a lot more of the wounds to bring more of the actual sculpt out better ...

Agree, it's a beauty. Marco actually shared this one in a bunch of FB groups a while back. Brilliant.
