Victoria Comicon

We had our very first comicon in Victoria this weekend, and my first one as well. I was really blown away by it and by the celebrities who were there. We did our bit of course as well as other groups.

There was so much to see and do and of course I got to hang out with our new honorary member of the Outer Rim Garrison Mike Quinn. He is so cool .

Awesome! Mike Quinn has a huge history with Jim Henson & co, working on Dark Crystal & Labyrinth and he was only 17 when he worked on ROTJ.

He also tweets stuff that annoys the mouse so he’s pretty much as cool as it gets.

Did you get any other photos? Were there any decent vintage dealers? Sometimes smaller shows are better for that (but it's kinda hard to tell how big it was).
