Went to the hardware store today and got some plumbing tape wrapped it around all his limbs and he stands once again, probably the first time in decades!

Fantastic Fett Poncho
Love the repair job with plumbers tape idea . I have used thread on some of my custom figures that had really loose joints just to get them to stand but the tape thing sounds like it would work even better

I think [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] has a cool collection of misfit figures?
I've been accumulating a team of reject/altered/deformed/disfigured figures for about a decade now (whoa, that's crazy to think about!). I haven't added that much lately, but it's still a cherished part of my collection.
Here are a few of my favorites:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
This is actually my childhood X-Wing which was passed onto me by my older half brother, along with a few of my childhood B-Wing Pilots.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Greedo after some sort of accident.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
One of the more frightening examples, what Skye referred to as the "BATMAN Jerry Hall" Rancor Keeper.

Perhaps the most disturbing, this "Insane Clown Posse" Ben Kenobi that was purchased from an antique store in Kentucky.

Steve, those are awesome.
It's great that you still have your childhood x-wing. Looks like it had a lot of good play time.

I plan to leave the C-3PO figure as is for sure but my original plan was to customize the Landspeeder
Maybe into a Pimp Mobil

Loving all the additions!
Well inspired by this thread, I'm running a competition on my blog, where the photo of the best (worst!) SW collectible beater wins a bunch of SW comics.
For you guys, you can post your photos here (I'll then re-post them on my blog) or on the competition thread on the blog's FB page:

I know Christian is in NY at the moment, so I thought that I would bump his beater contest here on the forum.
I think this will be my official entry in his contest.

Re: The Island Of Misfit Toys
Thanks Clint. Got back yesterday. Is that your official entry?
So far no entries are in so you guys will have a good chance to win with some of the beaters I've seen here.
Entries close Wednesday 12th October 2016 at 9pm Amsterdam time.

Re: The Island Of Misfit Toys
I was waiting for a few beater figures I just bought to arrive but I don't think they're going to get here in time
If it's not too late to enter the contest I'll make this Zombie Han my official entry :

I bought it off a guy on Ebay a couple years ago that said his brother did it to it when they were kids

Re: The Island Of Misfit Toys
Hey Clint, my wife will choose the winner this weekend and I'll let you guys know. Was surprised that only four people entered as the prize was pretty good and it was easy to enter. Plus I publicised the shit out of it. Anyway kudos to those who entered. Will announce the winners soon.
Thanks Clint and James for entering!

Re: The Island Of Misfit Toys
The wife has spoken! Runner-up is Clint, with his awesome pile of broken down R2D2s ("Clint's pile of robots" according to my wife).
And the winner is............... Todd Osborn with his yellow than yellow Stormie! She was impressed with how yellow this guy is. Me too, I mean they often yellow but this fella looked like a rotten Kraft cheese single on legs! Thanks to everyone who contributed photos. I'll be contacting the winners within the next couple of days.
My favourite was Zombie Han but you guys know a man's opinion is not important in a marriage
I'll upload Todd's photo here soon.
