James, I fairly sure, they are the Canadian versions from a company called "Norben", out of the province of Quebec. I'm still trying to track down some information on them.

I already edited your post above.   There might be one more SW mask from Norben.  They might have made a Chewbacca mask as well, but I'm not sure.  I've also seen pictures of a boxed C-3PO mask, over on RS.
Seems like they went out of the halloween business in the late 80's - early to mid 90's.  They had a lot of sub companies, under the Norben Products Inc..  So I'm not sure which one made the SW masks? Woolco was a dept store chain, that probably carried the masks.

I still have to go and talk to the guy that runs the local Halloween costume shop, and see if he has any more information on the company.

Very interesting stuff, the shape and design of those last two Norben masks are particularly wild.

Also, it's interesting to know that my Ackbar mask is made in the USA, I prefer the paint on that over the HK one.

Here's a Ben Cooper box the Halloween outfit came in, for the Canadian version. Costume fell apart before I made it back home, the mask is still hanging in there.

Very nice photos. I've not seen the Gamorrean Guard with the blue accents before that is amazing. I didn't realize until recently that the Gamorrean Guard costume had a revenge transition piece as well along with Wicket, Ackbar and Klatuu.

Here is an odd sticker variant I've found for Chewbacca, looking for more of the different characters now of course.  And here is an ESB sticker on a generic transition box I've yet to see in any quantity.
