Noob Collection
Here's my weak sauce collection. I'm 32 loose figures short. Working on a bulk deal for complete versions of all of those.
Picking up a couple MOCs here and there. AFA UV Resistant cases. I kinda feel like that's the least I can do for a 12 or 20 back.
I've got the Canadian box for the Slave1 as well.

Re: Noob Collection
That's a fantastic start. Love the Canadian Droids Thall Joben hidden in the back.
Good luck on finishing the rest.

Nice looking collection Chris
Not weak sauce at all - to me collecting is about quality , not quantity . Your collection looks very nice quality and , as long as your having fun , nothing else matters

Great looking collection Chris, I hope the bulk deal for the missing loose figures works out for you.

Re: Noob Collection
I always had a lot of POTF2 stuff but it never occurred to me how accessible the vintage stuff was until I worked on a documentary about Canadian comic conventions which started late last year. Since then I've been picking up a few thinks here and there all from collectors or at conventions while on work trips across Canada and a few stops in. The US, the only eBay purchase there is the 3po 12 back which was quite cheap due to the condition.

Thanks, that's actually a Jann Tosh, understandable mistake as all the card backs are the same on the Canadian ones. Also it's a pretty bad photo lol

Re: Noob Collection
yeah jeeeeeez don't u know the difference between one ridiculous looking, forgettable droids character and another? lol I suppose the identical cards make the Canadian droids and EWOKS Mocs considerably less desirable. I got it for $100 cad so I'm happy with it.

Stunning display, Chris!
Great to see SlaveI at the center of attention. One of my favourite vehicles since childhood.
Thanks for sharing and keep happily collecting.

Re: Noob Collection
Just made a 20"x30" of my bounty hunters shot. It really looks great in the room with the collection.

That pretty much displays them in 12" scale lol with enough resolution to handle it.
I'll post a new shot of that cabinet soon, its coming along.

I don't know how you meant that Bill, but if you read it with a sarcastic tone it's magnificent lol

Re: Noob Collection
Thanks, I'm not sure what else would make for a nice print. That being said, Kim Simmons sells prints so we should probably just got to his site lol.
If I can think of another good McQuarrie inspired composition, maybe then I'll do another. That's about as cheap of a frame and print as possible, about $50 CAD total.
