Helix Death Star 1977 pencil sharpener

I'm thinking of parting ways with my Helix pencil sharpener. Displays well when assembled. I am open to trades of loose action figures.  Still trying to complete my last 17.  Let me know if anyone is interested.  Here is a list of the ones on my Santa's wish list in order of preference if possible:

I'd really like to have one. I've been looking but lately I'm seeing mostly the new re-issue on ebay.

I'd be interested in buying or maybe doing a trade, I'm just not sure on the equivalent value in that condition. Where would you value it?
