Gentle Giant Jumbo Kenner Style Figures
I've been a big curious about these for a while but Inrecently came across the 12" Jumbo Boba Fett in a shop and it was priced well under what they're going for on eBay. Surely if I was going to get any of these, this would be it.

After looking at it for a couple minutes it just didn't seem that cool lol not when you could buy a vintage moc for the same price. Paint job and plastic finish were just off. That's what put me off. Had it looked like an exact replica scaled up, I might have gone for it. Some of the other ones look a bit more acurite.
Anyone collect these?

I nearly bought a Tri logo Yak the other year from EBay but I've never seen any of them close up

I've been lurking on the Tie Pilot for a while but still haven't bought it. I find them a bit expensive and I'd like to see one in real first. That being said they look quite cool!

Yeah I really assumed that of course I would want the Fett, but in person it really wasn't speaking to me.

These two bad boys arrived a few weeks ago.
Being a vintage collector, I find it difficult to resist the Jumbo line. It is modern breathing vintage.

Ooh nice new additions to your jumbo collection Marco. The blisters on these are packaged so you can open them without damaging the bubble or card, I believe. So do you display your collection as loose figures or as MOCs?

I have a R5.
Some look really poor like Bossk, but some are brilliant like IG-88. They're hit and miss

Re: Gentle Giant Jumbo Kenner Style Figures
The R5 is like if Lili Ledy made a 12" scale R5? It would look exactly like that. Very cool.
The Yoda looks pretty decent too.

Hey Chris, that is correct. You can easily open the clamshell packaging to release the figure. Sofar I haven't displayed them.
I would like to display them as MOCs, but that would take quite a bit of wall space. Maybe stacking them in groups of three onto the wall to save some space?
Here is my newest addition next to his little Kenner brother.

Edit: Somehow I can't see the pics appearing. Do you guys see them?

Marco, I don't see them either.
It might be Photobucket acting weird again.

These look to be decent figures, I've not bought any of them yet, I like the fact you can open them and display with no damage to the blister or card back, yours look great marco

Re: Gentle Giant Jumbo Kenner Style Figures
I’d probably still get an R2 or a Fett if I saw it for a decent price.
