Keeping track Empty Keeping track

Hey everyone I was curious how you all keep track of what you have, my collection is not huge but it's big enough. There are various sites to assist like Dash for one, I use that to organize my figure's but would like to find one like it that can do everything.

I also have photos and stuff written down which is another way. So how do you guy's keep track I seen some of your collections and was just wondering how you manage.

At one time I kept a list.  But that was a long time ago.  Now it's just in my head.  I've also stopped collecting figures a few years ago & have been focusing on Canadian gimcrack.  It's a bit easier to keep track of.
I know that I keep trying to finish my basement office, but something always seems to stop it from happening. Hopefully this year, and everything can get displayed.

Yeah, I was using Star Wars tracker while putting together my loose run. That only covers the Kenner stuff but that will do the trick for most of us.

Hi,

Star Wars Tracker ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] is an obvious choice for the vintage line from 1977-85. It allows you to upload your pictures, and keep notes, and can give you automated valuations based on latest market activity. I have a new piece of functionality I'd like to get around to this year which would allow you to create your own *custom* catalogue extensions so you could track basically anything. So it would cover situations where you want to record spare weapons, ship parts, individual Micro collection figures etc. Strictly speaking, you would not even have to keep these extensions as Star Wars related - it would be up to you.

Thanks, Jared.

I don't have the biggest collection so its all in my head, my modern far outways the vintage, but vintage is my first love, I really should come up with something in case anything happens to me, maybe try out the tracker

I must have a few grand invested in the collection, that's a scary thought, I have it on display in the man cave, I love it all, so yeah need to do something

Also use the Star Wars Tracker. Fantastic tool to track the collection.
Don't need anything else ... but don't type in the amounts you spent for all this stuff ... you will be shocked. Wink
