I've just this minute heard that following her recent heart attack, the legandary Carrie Fisher has passed away. She was only 60! Sad

Carrie fisher taught me that women should be more then just a pretty face . Her confidence , intelligence and her will to fight , despite how bad things can get , made me truly love her (and all strong women) for what is inside their hearts and minds . A strong woman is a beautiful woman that deserves respect bowwing

I just heard that Debbie Reynolds died while planning Carrie's funeral. The family is having a tough go. RIP Debbie. Sad

Just heard that from Crystal on the way home. I really feel sorry for Carrie's daughter lost her mom and grandma in the same week.

For Carrie and other Stars…

Carrie’s passing feels like a great loss. To me she was an icon ever since watching the first Star Wars movie as a kid, and she never lost that status during the years. I had to do something to somewhat ease the sadness in my childhood heart. So I took the afternoon off, grabbed a couple of vintage figures from the attic and together with my brother in law we started working. Imagining how Carrie would be welcomed by a group of Star Wars actors who unfortunately have already left us before. On a Planet of Peace, in another Galaxy far, far away..
