Re: Poncho's Customs (updated october 2018)
How do I fit an accessory (backpack) to a painted figure without scratching the paint?

Re: Poncho's Customs (updated october 2018)
I guess it depends if you want the backpack to be a permanent accessory, or a removable one?
If permanent, then superglue will work well. If you want it to be removable, then giving the figure a couple of coats of clearcoat matte or semi gloss varnish will protect the paintwork. I use a matte clearcoat acrylic spray. which helps protect the paint of my customs really well. It also helps enhance the colour of the paint too, but doesn't look like its been varnished.
picked mine up on eBay:
Kobra matte clearcoat
or this one:
Montana clearcoat

Re: Poncho's Customs (updated october 2018)
I just ended up gluing the backpacks on with a super glue.

You could try small magnets if you want the backpack to be removable.
