Need Help to Identify: Unknown Darth Vader Figure

I saw this Darth Vader figure  posted on a Facebook Group today. The owner received the figure in the 80s, so it is vintage for sure.
He was wondering from what line the figure originates?


My first thought was a dutch bootleg, but that Darth Vader figure looks differently.

Ive not seen one of these before, but It looked to me, on first impression, like a Christmas tree decoration, minus the string to hang it with
definitely doesn't look like a licensed item, I take it that there is no L.F.L stamp on it?

I tried to google on "keychain bootleg darth vader" but w/o any success sofar.
The hunt continues.

Have you tried ask Joe? He may have seen one before?

Is it metal or plastic? Is there any way of getting some pictures of the back & bottom?

the arm is the same pose as mine, same oilly colour so yeah i think its the same the original picture in first post is a weird angle.
