Re: Like the new banner photo
Thanks guys, I enjoyed making it
The old banner is frickin awesome, and we'll still keep using it. But I thought it would be fun to change it around every now and again.

Re: Like the new banner photo
Thanks guys. The image upload, to the forum, seems to have compressed it quite heavily.
As the images are quite blurry in comparison to the original. I might have to tweek the resolution a bit. Then re upload it

Re: Like the new banner photo
Nope can't seem to get the pics any sharper. But I have changed the order of the pics, so that they run more chronologically. I've also added the relevant banner pics to this thread. So that it makes more sense to read, if the banner keeps changing.

Re: Like the new banner photo
I thought I'd post all my banners, so far. In this thread, so as to keep tabs on all of them.
This first one is the original banner and was created by Stephen aka "Kamshaft".
He used a photo that I took Of my Tantive IV model and produced this really cool banner with it

This second banner I created, using some vintage Kenner ships. That James "ourchickenshack" had taken,

(I'm thinking of swapping the deathstar in the background, for my Palitoy deathstar playset)

I used my Tantive IV playset and some of Clints Custom figures to create this banner

This next banner I created using some action shots, that Clint took. He used his own awesome, custom built figures, to create the shots

I picked up a 3D printed Deathstar style diorama from ebay. Which I spray painted grey, to create these banners

I also plan to pick up a couple of vintage collection Carbon Freezing chamber playsets, at some point in the future.

All the banners are fantastic but the Leia / Tarkin faceoff is such a iconic scene , it has to be my favorite so far

Re: Like the new banner photo
I know I've done quite a few Death star banners recently . I do plan on doing more Tantive banners though.
In particular, I'd like to do a banner of the Vader scene from Rogue one. But I don't have enough rebel fleet troopers at the moment

Re: Like the new banner photo
Well done.
I love the different planets, moons (and that's no moon) & suns in the background behind the Tantive ship.
