Spanish MOC

Whilst checking out one of my MOCs I notice that the card back states Made in Spain.
I naturally come to you guys to find out more.
You seem to have the knowledge here with regards to variations etc, so TXI gets my question first.
What do I have here? Is it a PBP or simply a Kenner on a Spanish Kenner card?
Any info you can help me with would be most helpful.

Unfortunately I am a idiot when it comes to MOC stuff so I can't help . I am sure we have plenty of guys here that can though

definitely looks like a PBP wally to me, darker green variant with pale cream tusks.

Thanks very much for your help guys.
I can't see what's behind the leg. I've tried a lot but can't make out the COO.
I'm happy though as I don't think these chaps are that common. It's nice to have a made in Spain MOC and a probable PBP figure held in the bubble.
