I have felt it
Hey guys.
I suppose joining just after 30 days after launch is not so bad Great site and I want to thank the creators for it! I hold you in high respect for your time and dedication for such a creation. First impression is that it is very well organized!
Name is Paul Cummings. Last few years I was using the screen name of Galactic Armory but have since changed that to Paul Armory. I've seen many of you online for a few years now as I'm sure you've seen me (possibly). I mainly stick to Facebook due to the instant messaging capabilities it has. I absolutely love the forums when I have the time at home to invest in reading. I have an open mind and truly understand the lack of depth that Facebook provides for vintage discussions. And of course a place like Facebook welcomes the droves of idiots out here too but I am disciplined enough to ignore them.
Collecting. SW OT items. My attention to SW, beyond the OT, is minimal at best. A Black series figure or Sideshow statue due to a character focus or maybe watching a episode of REBELS with the kids. My collecting focuses on loose (with some variants), boxed and carded (to some extent) in both Kenner and Non Kenner items. I've been known to pick up an LP here or there as well.
A quick shot of some 3PO's I have

My Interest in the 501st; becoming a TK. For a couple of years I've wanted to join the ranks of the 501st for the 2 reasons (in my mind) that it offers. Volunteering to promote happiness in the community and doing it as character from the story I live for. I am very close to having my costume and will join the ranks of the 501st Singapore Garrison while I live here. It won't stop with a TK but it's what I choose to start with.
A shot of me from C7

My family and career. I have full support from my family in my SW hobby no matter which direction it takes me. If it wasn't for their support I could not be a part of the community and I'm blessed to have their support! My career has me currently in Singapore (with them) where I have the distinct pleasure of getting to know Singaporian collectors that have been doing it for easily the past 2 decades. There are some Great collections held by Great collectors here and getting to know them is fantastic.
A recent get together with fellow collectors from Singapore

See you all around and later in the year I hope to meet many of you at CE3. In closing I'd like to say I've went without James' (aka ourchickenshack) humor for some time and when I opened a tab and went to this site the first thread I went to and viewed was James' "Bird Watching" hobby. To this day I cannot fathom where he gets ALL those fantastic photos and gifs? I'll be watching James, as always, and laughing my butt off!
